Philadelphia PHL17: Cheyney Receives Grant For Summer Bridge Program ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ of Pennsylvania has announced it has received a $145,000 grant from The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) to launch a new Summer Bridge Program in 2026.
