Move-In Day at CU

Welcome to your home away from home.

Move-In Week marks the beginning of a new academic year at ÐßÐßÊÓƵ, and we’re excited to welcome students back to campus. To help ensure a smooth and efficient move-in experience, students should arrive during their designated move-in date and time based on their class standing.

Please review the schedule below and contact the Office of Housing and Residence Life if you need assistance or require a special move-in appointment.

Need a Different Move-In Time?
Students who are unable to arrive during their designated move-in window may request an appointment for Saturday, August 22.To schedule an appointment, email
housing@cheyney.edu.

Know Before You Go: Move-In Maps

Move-In Day looks a little different depending on whether you’re a new or returning student, and cleared or not cleared yet. Before arriving on campus, review the map that applies to you so you know where to enter, where to check in, and where to go next.

Move In Reminders

– Students are strongly encouraged to bring their own hand carts or dollies, as a limited number will be available on-site. Please note that volunteers will not be available to assist with transporting belongings to rooms.
– Students must arrive during their assigned move-in time slot. Arriving late or missing your scheduled time may result in significant delays or possible denial of access to your residence hall.

Important Information

  • Only students who are fully registered and financially cleared will be permitted to move into the residence halls. Please complete these requirements prior to your arrival to avoid delays.
  • Students must present a valid ÐßÐßÊÓƵ ID at check-in to receive their room key.
  • Room keys will be distributed at the student’s assigned residence hall during check-in.

📋 Required Health Documentation

All students must submit a completed Medical Form prior to arriving on campus. To get your Health Form, please contact Nurse Tamika at 610-399-2595.
