As you prepare for graduation, it is important to review your student account and ensure that all financial obligations to the University have been satisfied. Outstanding balances may result in a hold on your diploma and can delay the completion of your graduation requirements.

Students are encouraged to review their account information through Student Self-Service as soon as possible and address any outstanding balances before graduation. All account balances must be paid in full prior to graduation day. If you anticipate difficulty paying your balance in full, payment plan options may be available throughout the academic year. Taking action early can help ensure a smooth graduation experience and avoid unnecessary delays.

Students should do the following immediately:

Check your account on and navigate to the TouchNet card.

  1. Log in to the CU Experience Portal and review your account through the TouchNet card.
  2. Verify that all financial aid, scholarships, and other credits have been applied correctly.
  3. If aid is missing or reflected incorrectly, contact the Financial Aid Office immediately.
  4. If your account balance is accurate and a balance remains due, submit payment through the CU Experience Portal or in person at the Bursar’s Office.
  5. Contact the Bursar’s Office with any questions regarding your account status or payment options.

For questions regarding your account, please get in touch with the Bursar’s Office at bursar@cheyney.edu or (610) 399-2224. Fax: 610-399-2118 Students may also visit the Bursar’s Office located in Burleigh Hall, 3rd  Floor, Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
