Graduation Processing Fees
For Spring Graduates and Summer Participants:
All graduation-related fees must be paid in full before graduation to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.
The following graduation processing fees will be applied to your student account:
- Degree Fee: $12
- Graduation Fee: $36
- Career Services Fee: $30
Total Graduation Fees: $78
*The Career Services Fee supports ÐßÐßÊÓƵ’s Career Services Center, which assists students and alumni in their academic, personal, and professional development through resources, workshops, speakers, employer access, and networking opportunities. The Degree and Graduation Fees cover the costs of processing graduation applications, printing and mailing diplomas, and hosting Commencement.

Checking & Paying Your Student Account Balance
You can view your account details in PowerCampus Self-Service. All outstanding balances, including graduation fees, must be paid in full in order to:
- Participate in the Commencement Ceremony
- Receive your degree or diploma
- Request and send official transcripts
Steps to Take:
- Check Financial Aid:
- Ensure all financial aid is properly applied to your account. Call: (610) 399-2032

- Make a Payment:
- In person at the Bursar’s Office, 3rd Floor, Burleigh Hall
- Online via PowerCampus Self-Service using your student ID and password
- By phone at (610) 399-2224
IMPORTANT: Students with unpaid balances will not have their degrees conferred, diplomas issued, or transcripts released until all financial obligations are cleared. This may delay communication with potential employers, graduate schools, or other institutions.
